I have been employed in the business of Non-Profit Development and Fund Raising for over thirty years. In that timeframe, I have worked with a wide constituent base including Board Members, major donors and grantors. People have referred to me as a business connector, change agent, team motivator, collaborator and spokesperson for many causes, and my ability work with a variety of people to achieve positive results has contributed immeasurably to my success. I have provided mentoring to people in the Development field and to those seeking to begin their careers, and my peers have recognized me as a leader who identifies the gifts of others and helps them maximize their potential. I enjoy all aspects of the Development field including strategic planning, helping donors define how to best invest their gifting capacity, capital campaigns and leadership development in others.
