I am a recent graduate of the University of St. Thomas, with a Bachelors degree in Strategic Communications and a minor in Spanish. Throughout my pre-professional life I have worked in many customer service positions, and I believe that it is especially important in the communications field. My experiences working in customer service have lead to the development of an important skill set that focuses on cultivating positive experiences for everyone involved; this meant creating positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and management. In addition, working in this role has honed my ability to empathize with client needs, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.I am an organized, hard-working person with a strong ability to prioritize. Flexibility is my best friend, I like taking on and trying new tasks to increase my skill set, developing opportunities and growing outside of my comfort zone. I'm a big listener and observer, absorbing all information and ideas to provide a thought-out solution. I really believe in optimism, and I practice it everyday. Speaking positively only increases your chance of success, in both personal and professional life.
