1- Designing Third-Party Agent network structure, commission schemes and develop standard operating process and procedures of 3rd Party Agent Management and the design of the internal operational structure within Amret2- Coordinator on Third-party agent recruitment and training in order to achieve targets set by management, in charge of reviewing and approving training material 3- Monitoring Third-Party Agent network performance score card, evaluate, and propose an effective incentive schemes, for both third-party agents and Amret staff involved in third-party agent management while contributing to prevent and mitigate potential risk.4- Build and maintain relationship with Third-Party Agent and local authorities to ensure high retention rate and good relationship with local people.5- Collaborate with relevant stakeholder such as: Product Development Dept, Risk Dept, Research Dept, Marketing Dept to construct and improve Third Party Agent performance and service offering6- Manage the 3rd party agent network roll-out, including identifying new areas where to launch the services7- Designing and develop an efficient monitoring tools for Third-Party Agent liquidity and cash management 8- Monitoring Third-Party Agents dispute & complaint handling.9- Identify potential partnerships in the development of the third-party agent network (distribution networks such as petrol stations, supermarkets, retailers ...)
