I have more than ten years of experience in the design and implementation of reproductive health, maternal and child health, and HIV and AIDS prevention and treatment programs and policies. I am accomplished trainer and highly skilled professional with demonstrated capacity to lead and build the capacity of local partners in the design and production of strategies and tools for preventing the spread of HIV and sexual reproductive health. I was one of the brains behind FHI 360’s SMARTgirl, MStyle and Srey Sros programs, branded, empowering approaches for entertainment and sex workers, Men who have sex with men and Transgender in Cambodia, all of which have been taken-up by the national government.I also worked as master of ceremony (MC) for all kind of events as well as producer for TV and radio program.
