I oversaw the opening and closing duties, a 15-student sta ff, and daily operations of the 308,000 sq. Ft., $69.5 million dollar Student Recreation Center. I mediated between professional and student sta ff and performed administrative duties, such as making calls and filling out paperwork and daily logs.

I oversaw hourly, weekly, and semester workflow of the 50-student Weight Room sta ff by using Connect2 workflow software and presented new ordinances in full team meetings. I managed media, researched for content specifics, and created engaging training videos with information presented by professional sta ff. I was involved in all aspects of production.

I helped facilitate online programs, wrote "The Surface and Shadow of COVID-19", and documented and presented data showing student wants/needs for our online programs.

In 2020, I planned to travel to El Salvador and film in the field, but when the border shut down due to COVID-19, I was forced to get creative. My focus as a Video Specialist and Communications Intern was to make write, produce, direct, and edit promotional and documentary work in order to make a long-term donation impact!

I created commercial and documentary work that promoted ENLACE’s brand, identity, and vision of sustainability. I directed, produced, wrote, and edited over 43 films.by professional sta ff. I was involved in all aspects of production from pre-organization to the final delivery of projects.
