Learned about the indigenous people of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, Chamorros, and their history and current efforts towards self-determination and decolonization. Interviewed Chamorro artists and activists, engaged with Chamorro art and literature, studied the Chamorro language, and held a virtual poetry event with Chamorro speakers.

Gathered data and information for the Middle East Center’s Title VI grant application, designed posters for Modern Middle East Studies academic major and minor, and updated the major and minor course catalogue.

Publicized for the impressionist oil painter Pam Ingalls through identification of relevant art competitions, galleries, museums, and interviews.
