Everyday at the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship, I worked on numerous programs aiming to give students experiences that will help shape their futures. 1. High school outreach, showcasing collegiate entrepreneurship to high school students2. Startup Living Learning Community, building cohorts of Aggie freshmen interested in entrepreneurship, so much so they choose to live with strangers also interested in entrepreneurship3. Student organizations, growing a network of student-led organizations to spread the entrepreneurship culture at Texas A&M4. Global programs, partnering with multiple international institutions to give Aggies the chance to work with and explore entrepreneurship communities in South America, Europe, and Africa5. Blackstone LaunchPad powered by Techstars, helping students succeed in entrepreneurship and in their careers, exposing students to a worldwide network of innovators

At the BXLaunchPad, I worked with 3 team members to develop a strategy to register 10% of the Texas A&M student population on an entrepreneurship-ecosystem platform. I co-managed a team of student workers dedicated to develop the program, and we all gathered insights from over 18 co-institutions to learn the best and worst methods of success.

I built a 7-step workflow to streamline customer communication campaigns through a project management cloud-based platform. Our team designed and tested user interface for workflow, manipulated software to better track and report workflow stages. Through collaborations with 7+ business teams, we researched and discussed necessary functionalities of the new workflow.

I collaborated in a team of six students on how to best reach the university community about sustainability. I worked with a graphic designer to create a comprehensive and interactive social media campaign called “2forTuesday’s.” The campaign received over 100 engagements on Facebook each week and increased the page’s likes by 10% during its first semester. Because of the social media presence I was able to develop, our team more easily reached the student body and attracted more people to our events.

Worked with the proprietor to source promotional items for small businesses. Created proposals, tracked invoices, and pitched to clients.
