As an intern at Hub101, I am responsible for planning and managing events including workshop festivals, tech week competitions, and networking opportunities to engage students and entrepreneurs in a start-up ecosystem. Fostering the brand of Hub101 and California Lutheran University, I am responsible for managing social media accounts and analyzing social behavior to create engaging content to emphasize brand image and visibility. Daily I have the opportunity to interact with memebers while maintaining customer relations with proper payment transactions and providing superior customer service.

As a Server Lead at Selvin's Restaurant and Lounge, I am responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience and guiding the service team to uphold high standards of customer service. My passion for fine dining and commitment to excellence enabled me to foster a culture of teamwork and hospitality within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. I am responsible for maintaining table service while being the interface between our guests and the values upheld through the company.

At Backroad Vintage, we are a second-hand clothing business, that works to provide you with an outlet for expression through the means of fashion. Simultaneously providing sustainable ways to level up style. Creating a community around fashion, I have brought the presence of Backroad Vintage to small business fairs, flea markets, and pop-ups to Ventura and Los Angeles County.

Provided a positive experience reflecting the company's values and vision in a timely manner and of good quality, placing the guests needs as the number one priority towards success of the restaurant. Critical role to the restaurant's flow being the main point of delegation and communication of the kitchen staff and front of the house staff, operating the food window and making a variety of specials. I was promoted to food runner trainer in January of 2022 to help others gain insight on how our restaurant operates.
