Main achievement:I developed an HR process catalog for the people services team in the UK which is part of the Global Business Service function. The catalogue covers 60+ internal processes from rewards, to Talent & Acquisition and Learning and Development. It is currently in the roll-out phase and will improve stakeholder satisfaction and add to the company’s core value of continuous improvement. As part of the roll-out and to share best practices I held a masterclass on process management for five markets (Germany, Australia, Russia, US, UK). Main tasks: • Development of an HR process catalogue, covering 60+ internal services• Mapping processes using Visio • Monthly reporting for the rewards team using MS Excel and Micro Strategy• Single point of contact for various rewards related queries • Serving as advisor for external and internal stakeholders regarding all HR related queries. This includes the consultation of 1,300 restaurants and 50 offices departments.

Dealing with general HR queries from staff. Responsible for the recruiting process from start to end which included arranging and attending interviews, preparing contracts and managing the on-boarding process. coordination, dealing with day-to-day issues of on-site employees including sick leave, holiday and discipline.
