During my time at Network Rail I worked on an internal marketing campaign and initiatives aimed at employees. My responsibilities included market research, assisting with the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, analysing marketing data, and supporting the team in day-to-day tasks.I also had the pleasure of learning more about the team to work and collaborate more effectively which impacted another project I worked on in order to help team resilience. Throughout my time I also had the opportunity to collaborate with other departments within Network Rail. I also had the opportunity to learn more about the rail industry by visiting stations, and take time to volunteer at an animal shelter as a team building/ voluntary day.
