I am currently a senior at the University of Iowa pursuing a degree in Enterprise Leadership with a minor in Dance and Media Management. I am apart of my sorority Delta Delta Delta's Phi chapter, I currently hold the leadership position of Vice President of Membership Experience, a role where I orchestrate initiatives to enhance the collegiate journey for our 160 members. I also plan recruitment and all retention and chapter enhancement efforts. I previously served as Director of First Year Experience. In this position I implemented programs facilitating the seamless integration of 65 new members into our sorority through weekly meetings, creating mentor relationships and planning events for them to begin their time in Tri Delta.Summer of 2024 I have served as a Creative Content Intern at For The Love of Marketing out of Ontario, Canada. Working in close mentorship with my supervisors I have learned invaluable skills and lesson throughout my summer as an intern. I have mastered numerous platforms for creating content and for measuring SEO optimization. I have created posts that have greatly benefited my clients analytics across all forms of social media. Working at FTLOM gave me a hands on learning experience with a great amount of responsibility and has allowed me so much room to grow in marketing.My coursework here at the University of Iowa provides hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, including social media marketing, consulting, financial operations, and content creation. Through projects and assignments, I've developed proficiency in crafting comprehensive content calendars and devising effective strategies to optimize social media presence.Post-graduation, I am impassioned about venturing into the realm of marketing and content creation, particularly drawn to the innovative strategies shaping the landscape of marketing, advertising, and PR, with a special focus on social media.
