The project "Assistive Artificial Intelligence for Diversifying and Reskilling the Disaster Management Workforce of the Future" is hosted by the Connected Informatics and Built Environment Research (CIBER) Lab at CU Boulder and funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF).

A position sponsored by United Way King County to build capacity at Literacy Source, a nonprofit education center for adults in the Seattle metropolitan area. KEY PROJECTSEvaluation Consulting Project.• Acted as the project manager to review evaluation practices among 6 educational providers in KY. • Designed a baseline survey to gather information about standard practices used by the 6 providers. • Conducted interviews with staff • Analyzed the data collected and drafted a report on evaluation practices. • Worked with educational instructors to recommend better evaluation practices for the future.Office 365 Organization • Responsible for restructuring how the entire organization uses Office 365.• This included: training staff in how to use Planner for project management; creating a proposed structure for organizational teams and implementing them with corresponding Team Sites on SharePoint; and drafting an SOP for Team Site management.

• Research assistant to Prof. Dr. Boike Rehbein. • Assisted with qualitative research by assessing and contacting potential participants; conducted in depth interviews and made transcriptions. Research was conducted in Washington State.
