1. Monitor, conduct vendor’s work performance, progress meet the SLA and use KPI to help vendors improve their service level.2. Manage all outsourced service contracts such as maintenance，cleaning, consumption etc., to ensure service level and purchase price in line with company’s policies, procedures.3. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports of 7 remote sites, e.g budget plan and LE reports.4. Organize and implement office site selection，work station planning ，renovation in accordance with company's requirements.5. Preparing reports of monthly, yearly EHS inspection work and record or update relevant documents to ensure the office internal and external environment comply with relevant policies.6. Monitor, record and analysis vender’s routine maintenance plan or work of building lighting, air-con, office area, fire-fighting facility equipment to ensure the service comply with the required standard.7. Identify and record any problems that against the safety procedure, quality system in daily supervision.8. Assist to complete the work of ISO 14K,18K audit.9. Responsible for office fixed asset, office supply, meeting room system management etc.10. Organize regular meetings and training of the department.

1. Operate Service Insight system to record the monthly maintenance service list and manage various vendors.2. Cost payment of express, staff shuttle bus, drinking water, beverage etc.3. Management of Access Card, RE Space, Green Hydroelectric System etc.4. Assist the Facility Manager purchasing the office equipment, supplies, consumables etc.5. Assist Facility Manager to check the fixed assets periodically.6. Assist Facility Manager in general administration affairs and complete monthly consumption report.7. Support all departments in booking meeting rooms and conference calls, coordinating meeting schedule and responsible for conference system maintenance.8. Responsible for the distribution of all department’s office supply.9. Backup key and device management of the storage room.10. Receiving visitors, answering any inquiry of the company.

Booking hotel, air ticket for employee’s business travel.4. Assist the HR manager to arrange the candidate interview, staff training and team building of the department;5.
