I have worn many hats, my most current one is as an Executive Recruiting Coordinator for Advance Auto Parts, I assist the Talent Acquisition team with all aspects of recruiting to include Workday reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Previously I was a Quality Specialist for the Quality Assurance team where I was the main force in providing data analysis and system administration. I was the owner of the UPCs for all private label, and handled all private label maintenance, Prior to that I was managing a team of Consumer Lending Underwriters under USAA where I handled consumer lending in a call center environment to compliance, training, workforce management, recruiting, sourcing, project management and Lean Six Sigma Green belt for process improvement. I am actively involved with team member engagement and participate in multiple ERGs. I am a Chapter Lead for the Asian Network at Advance Auto Parts, and a Pillar for the Women's Network. At HCL, I was the Secretary for the Diversity Team. I have event planning experience from small scale Lunch and Learns to Corporate sponsored events.Diversity, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics are what define me.
