My goal is to facilitate the circularity of merchandise via alternative retail methods such as resale, rental, closet-sharing, shopping experiences, textile recycling, and beyond. A background in Supply Chain and Operations drives my commitment to eliminate waste in both our closets and retail stores. I strive for efficiency by practicing continuous improvement and root-cause analyses, treating each problem as a puzzle to be solved.
