Sophia Robles is a shift lead at Oberweis Dairy and responsible for overseeing the operations of one of the most profitable store locations in Missouri. After over two years of experience at Oberweis, she has been promoted through various roles and developed skills in financial management, including store finances, maximizing profits, and staffing to performance. When dealing with team members and customers, Sophia utilizes her EQ to understand situations to effectively communicate desired outcomes and a positive customer experience. She is a progressive and purposeful leader with experience in sales, customer service and business etiquette.Sophia also attends Saint Louis University as a full-time sophomore and is an active member of the Wilderness Adventure Club. She balances school and work by completing homework in between classes and during nights or weekends when needed. She is planning to study abroad in Spain and is currently majoring in Entrepreneurship to pursue her dream of building tiny homes. When not working or in school, Sophia is active in the community helping local non-profit agencies support those without the means, resources, or finances to help themselves.
