Thank you for visiting my LinkedIn profile, I will give a brief overview of my education, the experiences I have working, and the skills that I was able to obtain over the years. These sections will be divided for your reading convenience.Education:My educational background is a bachelor of science in Information Communication Technology. My studies surrounded technology and how we use it to communicate. Though my special interest surrounded databases and data storage integration. My interest started while I was in vocational school and had grown with my experiences. Experience:I work now as a Systems Migration Specialist, specializing in migrating medical software from on premises into cloud environment. Before that I was a Specialist working as a technician where I assisted clients to troubleshoot and repair matters in a timely fashion. This allowed me to get hands on experiences with medical software and learn more real world applications that I couldn't have experienced at my university. During university I worked as a leasing center consultant which helped me learn about data implementation and working directly with clients to confirm data submission. This often involved rewriting and clear communication with my coworkers. I also built a website for the Latinx community of the Lexington KY area. This was during peak remote work times. (site no longer active as of 2022 after professor transferred) Which helped me learn how to communicate clearly what expectations I needed to meet and how to work with another person to build something for the betterment of the community. Lastly, I worked alongside my professor with a script to collect Tweets from the South American region for a study on the political climate during the pandemic.Skills:While I was in college I was able to obtain a lot of experience working with data structures through my internships and the many opportunities my school provided to help me obtain work experience. These experiences included learning things such as; Salesforce, HL7, mappers, AWS, Netsmart, Microsoft Office, Excel, HTML Scripting, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Pandas, Brackets, xampp, Linux, Bootstrap, MySQL, SQL, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Python, R, and more.I hope this has helped you learn more about me as a person, please message me if you have any inquiries.Best,Sophia Abraham
