Collaborating in a team of ~6 on developmental psychology research through Professor An's Childhood Environment, Emotions, and Social Engagement Lab. Responsible for creating experimental measures to test middle childhood development in a lab-based setting and coding with SPSS.

As the primary liaison between the Japanese Student Association (JSA) and local Japanese cultural organizations, campus clubs, and university departments, I focus on strengthening diverse relationships to support cross-cultural initiatives; I work closely with the JSA event planner to plan a variety of Japanese cultural campus events.

As a BHT, I work directly with autistic children to implement evidence-based interventions and individualized learning plans; I am responsible for collecting and analyzing data during sessions to assess their effectiveness and form evidence-based decisions. This approach ethically utilizes applied behavior analysis and behavioral psychology principles to improve developmental outcomes.

Trained by Health Advancement & Prevention Strategies (HAPS) staff members through a semester-long course on health-promoting programming, campus resources, and peer-to-peer support. As part of the marketing committee, I work on developing strategies to increase community awareness of Peer Health resources.

Isolated, purified, and analyzed novel phages; Learned valuable lab techniques, including plaque assays, DNA extraction, electron microscopy, and gel electrophoresis. Calculated and annotated genome of phages with DNA Master, HHpred, and BLAST software. Compared results across existing phage databases and presented research findings.

Responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of formal and informal recruitments. Chairs Epsilon Rho's Executive Recruitment Board (ERB); leads weekly meetings and plans chapter-wide recruitment events.
