In July 2020, I transitioned to the very exciting and important role of 'Mom'. This new adventure brought many changes to my day-to-day routine, as well as my work responsibilities. I slowly transitioned out of my clinical supervisory responsibilities, in order to make room for my parental responsibilities.I currently oversee all operations at Best Behaviour, including our ABA and Psychotherapy services. Most of my time is spent coordinating new client intakes, supervising our Senior Team, and managing the many back-end processes that are necessary for Best Behaviour to run efficiently and continue to offer effective, quality services.Most days you will find me shuffling between our Waterloo centre, preschool drop offs, and the many errands that come with being a Mom and owning a small business. Answering parent phone calls, fielding team questions, responding to emails, buzzing around the centre, or working on the never-ending list of things my team needs me to complete to make their lives and jobs easier. You can also find me squeezing in professional development opportunities, because I just can't shake the craving that is absorbing new information! I am drawn to changes in best practices, and new ways to apply the science of behaviour to improve not only the lives of the families we support, but also to help our team operate at it's best.Thank you to all of our clients and team members, as you join me on this journey of juggling Best Behaviour (my first baby) along with my 2 children and family :)
