Sophia is a global executive experienced in strategy and operations. Over the course of her career, Sophia has worked with some of the leading brands including BlackRock, Revolut, SVB, Betterment, RBS, Meta, PepsiCo, Estee Lauder, Reckitt Benckiser, Loro Piana, SVB, Condé Nast, and Puma.During her time at Goldman Sachs, she successfully built teams in multiple international offices driving strategic initiatives for leadership. After GS, Sophia transitioned to management consulting, where she helped build Baringa Partner’s capabilities in Europe and the US advising Fortune 500 clients on corporate strategy. She is currently a COO and Director at LOOP – a global consulting firm – where she manages day-to-day operations of the business and also helps develop and execute strategies for clients, driving growth initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading successful market expansions.Sophia is highly motivated and successfully built, grown and led high performing cross-functional teams with a leadership style that inspires action. Sophia holds an MBA from Oxford University and a B.S. from Fordham University. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. She is known for her strategic thinking, team building, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive results in complex and rapidly changing environments.During her free time, Sophia serves as a Board Member for the 1,000 Dreams Fund and the Oxford University Alumni Council of NY.
