Led and implemented a website redesign and am leading the marketing for SportsCan's Summer 2021 programs. After a team research project on the SportsCan website, I was hired to overhaul the website and implement changes necessary as per the user testing completed. I oversee all social media channels and communications for SportsCan for the summer 2021 season. I manage the marketing team to create content, communicate with clients and implement the marketing strategy.

In collaboration with the Varsity Blues Women's Volleyball coaches, I have created an online volleyball academy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to provide coaching services to youth athletes across Canada.

I worked on a summer project for SportsCan Corp. looking to develop a high performance facility and improve upon the sporting landscape in the Ottawa area. This project involved market research, business plan development, strategic plan development and consultations with various stakeholders and government.

I have worked in the HR Department at the AGCO for two summers, expanding my HR knowledge and business acumen on the Training & Development team and the Operations team. Working with both teams allows for a diverse skill set to further develop and gain experience with new projects and team dynamics.
