I am a technology consultant with experience in implementing software across several industries including the public sector, high tech, healthcare and utilities.I am passionate about innovation and transforming companies through technology and improved processes. I strive to collaborate and keep people at the center of all my projects.I am currently working as a FICA (Finance and Contract Accounting) SAP Consultant. I work on designing future business processes based on gathered requirements and RICEFWs. These designs often include streamlining and automating current processes as needed.My communication skills allow me to transfer knowledge between engineers and business stakeholders to reach a common goal. I do this currently by communicating requirements and guidelines coming from our business folks to SAP engineers who are configuring the new business solution. In previous engagements involving Generative AI, I collected and refined requirements based on conversations with a product tool owner and leadership objectives. I have also worked as a team leader and quality assurance analyst for Gen AI model training. In addition to my functional ERP experience, I have built expertise in the space from a PMO standpoint as well. I facilitated project governance and reporting by tracking the approval process of deliverables across different work streams for a software implementation during Hypercare phase. I also tracked completion of tasks and identified dependencies of an Oracle implementation project from Cutover Dress Rehearsal through Go-Live phases. I thrive when I balance my time to enjoy the things that I love the most. Outside of work you can find me trying out a new fun recipe, on long walks with my Shiba Inu puppy and visiting my family in Colombia when I can.
