My name is Sophia Jasper and I am a Communications Major with an emphasis in strategical organizational communication. My current role as a training instructor at AvantGuard Monitoring Center has improved my leadership skills and taught me the value of truly knowing the employees you supervise. Through experience I gained utilizing my skills in different areas of the company, starting as an operator, I have learned the value of building connections and having strong communication between departments.
