I’m an experienced and effective Operations Manager, hard working with a driven personality and an excellent track-record working in the food industry.I love working within the industry as there isn’t really ever a “normal” day. You work with lots of like-minded people that become friends for life. With it I've been able to work around the world and I’ve created memories that will last a lifetime. The buzz of service is just electric and some may say you're crazy for working within this industry. The truth is I probably am, but you won’t find anyone more passionate or dedicated to delivering and getting the job done. I continued to deliver high end events during disruptive global events such as COVID, Brexit and UK supply chain issues (just to name a few) . These disruptions have contributed to my ability of staying calm and being able to adapt to an ever changing landscape. I’m able to make decisions quickly and efficiently, taking into consideration my team, budgets, client satisfaction, and customer experience simultaneously.Traveling the world has always been a passion of mine and I've been fortunate enough to have back-packed my way around some of it. I decided that at the end of last year it was time for another adventure. So in December 2022 I flew to the Philippines, during my time there I was volunteering with a nonprofit organisation that's main objective is to work with local indigenous communities, teaching them about sustainability, the environment and marine conservation. Whilst being there I was also able to build on my PADI certification which is a personal hobby of mine. This has been very rewarding and educational as sustainability and conservation are something very close to my heart.
