Current- Strong partnership with National Sales team and local sales for key and developing accounts to collectively and collaboratively drive success for the company.- Responsible for ensuring ACCESS is on the cutting-edge of event design, specifically as it relates décor and entertainment . - Ensuring a strategic and thoughtful approach to the various deliverables of our ideas and brand in the proposal/ sales phase to increase our win ratio, especially on key accounts/… Show more - Strong partnership with National Sales team and local sales for key and developing accounts to collectively and collaboratively drive success for the company.- Responsible for ensuring ACCESS is on the cutting-edge of event design, specifically as it relates décor and entertainment . - Ensuring a strategic and thoughtful approach to the various deliverables of our ideas and brand in the proposal/ sales phase to increase our win ratio, especially on key accounts/ opportunities. - Serve as an industry leader by participating in trade publication commentary, speaking engagements, etc. - Provide strategic sales approach training and coaching to teams assigned to opportunities - Participation on Key National Accounts and Large Opportunity RFPs through concepting and strategy sessions as it relates to client and specific RFP, client engagement, creative content development, proposal review, presentations and site inspections.- Ensuring consistency of messaging and visual style across all offices. - Training local teams on overall company strategy and concepting-approach to proposal development; as well as working with Creative Directors on creative SOPs, template development. - Develop relationships across the design industry for contract partnerships with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, CAD developers, rendering artists and more to ensure a strong technology presence, usage and brand positioning. - Partner with Marketing department to ensure fresh, engaging and consistent deliverables for social media, web, customer testimonials, video, photography, etc. Working with marketing to ensure brand adherence on all materials. - Continued partnership throughout lifecycle of program, through to events and on-site execution for large scale design events, in partnership with local Event and Creative managers/ Directors.
