My PE teacher once said that if I didn't overtake 99% of the class in the 1500m race, I would have to run extra laps. Fast forward 5 years and I'm still running, fuelled by an interest in sport event management, to overtake the same 99% in the industry.What am I doing right now?⭐️ Studying Sport Science and Management BSc at Nottingham Trent University ⭐️ Starting a position at HM Revenue & Customs as a Review Officer ⭐️ Utilising and continuing to learn about Google Digital Garage courses, especially CRM systems, with a 100% pass certification in the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.⭐️ Engaging with the Sport Science Student Voice Panel 2024/25. This Panel is centred around the three C’s – Community, Culture, and Curriculum – as it seeks to build trust and a sense of belonging among ethnically minority students, factors crucial for academic success.When I'm not hard at work I enjoy rock climbing/bouldering as a healthy release of eustress, which subsequently allows me to still use the analytical side of my brain in planning my route up to the top...of the climbing wall.Connect with me if you have a project in mind and want to discuss it.
