Conceptualized, strategized, and executed a semester-long academic program aimed at providing student fellows with skills in media training, personal branding, and activism in the world of sports culminating in a 3 day, in-person convening. Monitored student progress and performance while maintaining meticulous documentation for each student. Coordinated with guest speakers from companies including Blackbaud and LinekdIn.

Collaborated with a team of undergraduate and graduate students to examine the extent to which clinicians collaborate with clients to make decisions during psychotherapy. Dedicated 10 hours per week to research-related tasks, including engaging in an intensive three-month training program in qualitative coding procedures, reliably applying an extensive observational coding system of clinician-client collaboration in youth psychotherapy sessions, and actively engaging in weekly group supervision and team project meetings.

Maintained full control of company social media profiles including Instagram and Twitter. Collaborated with marketing professionals and creative directors to ensure the brand and mission of the company was honored while targeting the intended demographic. Researched and implemented winning social media strategies to increase viewership and engagement. Increased Instagram followers from 120 to 3,000 in three months.

Provided mental health counseling to students. Improved student skills in direct communication, self-advocacy, and behavioral control. Worked directly and collaboratively with students and faculty. Served as a strong advocate for students by striving to increase mental health awareness and resource programs.
