• Organize and facilitate ULaunch two-day pitch competition in October by carefully contacting and selecting a judging panel of knowledgeable professionals in order to support the next generation of UMass young entrepreneurs• Create and maintain effective lines of communication between e-board members, by formulating and maintaining a calendar with self-set deadlines for the Event’s team, actively solving any problems within the team, resulting in successfully executed club events and club member morale• Host and implement monthly guest speaker meetings, requiring community research and reaching out to entrepreneurs in the Greater Boston Area, leading to impactful connections and mentorship

- Effectively function as an active member of a twenty-person, student-led team, interacting with hundreds of students a semester, aiding them with projects and questions within wood shop, metals shop, textile department, and craft areas- Attend weekly team meetings to add to the communication flow between team members to facilitate a positive work environment- Revitalize textile department inventory and over 10 separate machinery systems within the workspace, creating a data input document via Google Sheets to track machine maintenance and care, tracking material inventory, providing a tidy learning environment for all students using the space for projects and assignments- Teach students and student staff members how to operate machinery in the textile department by giving clear, concise instructions with answers to common questions and examples, so the taught staff members may go on and teach complete beginner students themselves

• Host a large-scale Mexican restaurant with 40 tables and bar seating, interacting with and sitting hundreds of customers a night, operating front desk and POS systems, serving as the customer service liaison between front and back-of-house• Assemble packages for to go orders, through referencing POS Systems and communication with back-of-house in Spanish, generating an average of $600 in takeout revenue in a single night, working 4-5 nights a week

• Established a start-up for women’s clothing, manufactured and designed 80+ handmade garments with own machinery from scratch, leading to over 1.1k in revenue and self-improvement in entrepreneurial skillset• Collaborated with business partner and tracked business progression on Excel, including SKU numbers, design specifications, and material sourcing and pricing, developing a stronger understanding of operational business skills and analytics
