Responsibilities include:• managing Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluation referrals from surgeons• creating patient files, coordinating with the billing company to secure pre-evaluation insurance authorization• scheduling patients, providing timely pre-evaluation testing documents, obtaining HIPPA-compliant consent forms, managing work within Simple Practice and Faxxage• maintaining organized and updated communications with the Clinical Psychologist regarding the status of all referrals, patients, and or business as necessary

Record patient visits dictated by physician assistant and document test results, x-ray, labs and vitals into patients' charts. Interact with and learn from patients each shift, and work closely with physicians in nursing home facilities. When not in Dallas, completes charts virtually by coordinating with physician assistant.
