StudioU Photography is a student-run business located in the Isenberg School of Management's Chase Career Center founded by Fiana Herscovici '23 and Paulette Palomares '24 in 2021. To preserve the legacy of the business, I was asked by Fiana and Paulette to take over operations beginning in January 2024. I graciously accepted this role and now work alongside Photographer, Liliana Duffy, to offer free, professional headshots to UMass students. In my role as the Content Manager, I manage all of StudioU's social media efforts, connect and organize with the Office of Career Success and UMass RSOs for special photo shoot events, design and deliver student photo packages, monitor the registration form for weekly headshot events, and field questions from prospective and current customers.

Following my internship with Rhyme Digital LLC, I received a part-time, hybrid offer to continue working with the team during the academic year. In my role as the Digital Marketing Assistant, I am responsible for curating the social media content for five clients in various industries, organizing it in a content calendar, writing the copy, and coordinating with the Creative Director to design the graphics. In addition, I attend and participate in weekly client meetings while working alongside team members to construct marketing strategies, execute ad campaigns via Facebook and Google, and write comprehensive data reports using Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics. Lastly, I organize and create custom email marketing campaigns for audiences upward of 3,500 through MailChimp and Constant Contact with an average open rate of 46.2%.

Interested in gaining experience in marketing, I reached out to Rhyme Digital LLC in the winter of my senior year of high school searching for internship opportunities for Summer 2022.In my role as the Digital Marketing Intern, I edited, designed, and published content for 6 client’s social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and attended and participated in client meetings to establish positive relationships and observe client management. Furthermore, I received training on the development side of marketing and learned how to update postings on a client’s website to ensure the information was current, accurate, and included functional links.

As an intern at Fidelity Labs, the start-up incubator within Fidelity Investments, I worked on the Saifr Marketing Team, specifically within Demand Generation. I supported lead nurturing strategies and collaborated with colleagues to develop new lead-generation opportunities.

In my role as Office Manager, I processed and monitored customer email inquiries regarding estimated project time and billing and carefully counted, organized, packaged, and billed 500+ part quantity orders daily. Additionally, I designed and managed a website for the company using WordPress.
