As the co-founder and president of the Colombian Student Association at UAlbany, I navigated the process of officially establishing the organization, developing its mission to focus on academic resilience and cultural integration for South American students. My role involved planning cultural and academic events, coordinating collaborations, recruiting and engaging members, and building partnerships with university departments and local communities. I also advocated for the needs of Colombian and South American students on campus, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
