Hi, I'm Sophia. I finished my BSc Physiotherapy degree (Hons) in 2017 from Charles University, Prague and my MSc Sport Physiotherapy in 2019 from European University Cyprus. During my studies, I worked in different clinics in the Czech Republic and Cyprus as a junior Physiotherapist. When I moved to Cyprus I started working at a Physiotherapy Clinic as an MSK Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist. In 2019 I moved to Manchester, where I gained a Physiotherapist internship position and then a Research Internship position at Manchester Metropolitan University. When I came back to Cyprus I joined the Rehability Physiotherapy Team and I started my career in education at European University Cyprus. I finished a second Masters degree in Medical Education while I was looking into the Headache field. In 2022 I started my specialization in Headaches at the University of Copenhagen.
