I am Senior Partner and Head of the UK Practice at Laura Devine Immigration, with over 25 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of business immigration and nationality law as well as EU free movement law. My expertise spans all points based system (PBS) applications (including sponsored migrants, entrepreneurs and investors) as well as categories outside the PBS. I am particularly known for my work in complex cases and discretionary applications.
