I have 23 years of Production Management experience in the UK, US, and Australia with my career starting in the Factual Entertianment department of the BBC . I take pride in my diverse experience across variety of programming from Natural History, to Reality and Documentaries.I am known for my strong work ethic, effective communication skills, creating supportive work environments for production teams, and attention to detail. I love collaborating with editorial teams to achieve the best on-screen results. I thrive under pressure, and embrace the fast-paced nature of productions, relish new challenges, and excel at complex problem-solving. Budgeting, scheduling, managing recoveries and margins, negotiating crew and presenter agreements, setting up international shoots and handling all production-related aspects from inception through to delivery are all second nature to me.
