I am an analyst, who is currently working in compliance within the fintech industry. Despite my varied roles over the last few years, I feel I have found my niche with regulatory analysis. I thoroughly enjoy the many opportunities for in-depth, complex analysis it affords, as well as the value that is provided to the organisation from a strategic perspective. Apart from analysis, diversity and inclusion are some of my biggest passions – I have openly shared my experiences as a neurodivergent, LGBT+ individual at work, and am also the co-chair of our Pride Network at 10x.
