Providing an excellent administrative service and advisory support for legal and business services roles across the firm. Other duties include:- Discussing requirements with hiring managers, agreeing job role requirements and preparing authorisation to recruit. - Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels.- Shifting through CVs.- Telephone interviewing and shortlisting candidates.- Coordinating interviews and developing appropriate assessment tools.- Attending interviews where required.- Working with the HR operations team to manage the offer and onboarding process of successful recruits. - Provide advice and expertise related to the candidate and recruitment market, as well as understanding key business requirements and challenges. - Support with general recruitment queries and man the HR Team recruitment inbox.- Proactively manage talent pools for critical and common roles through the ATS and use of LinkedIn and CV library.

Delivering and managing the annual graduate, placement and apprentice recruitment campaign for the firm. Providing highly efficient support to the graduate recruitment process; including liaising with key internal stakeholders about requirements, advertising vacancies, coordinating selection events and managing the process from application through to offer. Ensuring that we are attracting the best candidates and that all prospective employees receive a positive candidate experience and co-ordinate on-boarding activities.Other duties include:- Liaising with marketing to design campaign materials- Advertising vacancies internally and externally (incl. college/university job boards)- Booking and attending careers fairs and coordinating the attendees- Reviewing a high volume of applications and manage the candidate experience- Ensure the e-recruitment system is regularly monitored and candidates receive timely communications following their application- Schedule and conduct telephone interviews

Working closely with our Recruitment Advisor to provide administrative support for Business Services, Paralegal and Secretarial recruitment. This includes, arranging interviews, liaising with agencies, preparing offer paperwork, keeping our recruitment portal and list of vacancies on the intranet up to date and much more.Another big part of my role is the on-boarding of non-qualified new starters across all locations into our firm.
