Senior team lead across multiple project workstreams, providing strategic advice to clients and producing varied deliverables tailored to their unique situation. Examples of past projects include developing a full suite of value communication deliverables for a pre-launch product, followed by a series of virtual training sessions for the client’s affiliate teams located across Europe. More recently, conducting three concurrent real-world evidence studies across Europe and Asia, collecting retrospective treatment pattern and outcomes data to inform product launch strategy and future clinical trial design.In addition to project responsibilities, participation in business development activities such as proposal writing and capabilities presentations. Daily management of direct reports and project teams, as well as creating and conducting training sessions on varied topics, including referencing, quality control and proofing. Recruitment activities such as reviewing potential candidates, conducting interviews, assessing practical tasks, and onboarding of new recruits.

Primary client contact and project lead, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. Responsible for resource and timeline planning, attending regular meetings with clients, content and proposal development, and review of project deliverables. Project types include value proposition development and testing, competitive landscape assessments and developing training materials for client use. Line management of a team of associates in addition to functional management of multiple project teams.

In addition to associate responsibilities, day-to-day management of projects with the support of senior members of the team, including leading multiple global systematic literature reviews in migraine and attending in-person training for client teams at a global product launch. Working to provide onboarding and in-house training for new team members, as well as giving feedback to existing team members.

Drafting impactful and creative content for payer, clinician and patient audiences across a range of deliverable types, including value communication materials, economic models and manuscripts. Identifying credible data through literature searching, and presenting complex ideas in an accessible way.
