I graduated from the University of Glasgow in June 2010 and completed the Diploma in Legal Practice the following year. During my undergraduate Degree, I spent a semester studying abroad at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. I joined Mellicks as a trainee in 2011. I was trained exclusively in civil litigation and media law and qualified as a solicitor in October 2013. Since qualifying, I have continued to work in the firm’s civil litigation and media law departments. My main practice areas are commercial litigation, debt recovery and media law. I am ranked as an Associate to watch by Chambers for defamation/reputation management and Mellicks media law department is ranked Band 1.I am a guest lecturer on the media law honours course at Stirling University and tutor in Civil Litigation and Advocacy at Strathclyde University.
