• Ran a team responsible for arranging, liaising and financing all production services for a sell-out, £100,000 ball receiving 4/5 stars by three independent reviewers.
• Collaborated with Heads of Departments to analyse cost structures and determine key success factors for previous balls to decide on optimal fund allocation.
• Wrote the tender and led all negotiations with production companies resulting in a 10% saving on production costs relative to previous year.
