Export Connect is an export consultancy and advisory service that helps food and agribusinesses with market selection, connections, and growth strategies, supporting both companies and stakeholders. As Project Coordinator, my roles and responsibilities include:- undertaking thorough market research to produce market insight reports and fact sheets- developing competitor analysis to inform market selection and entry strategies- analysing economic, demographic, consumer trends and category and trade data for workshop content - assisting in the creation of workshop presentation slides, designing market specific pitch decks to aid client presentations to international and domestic buyers

- Behind-the-bar experience including multitasking with serving multiple different drinks, arranging a well-stocked bar and keeping the bar area clean- Interaction with patrons as front of house staff, politely taking orders and serving drinks- Compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and local laws

- Undertaking general administration activities including organising memberships, golf payments and sending information to members- Interact with members on a daily basis, politely answering questions and providing information to members- Handle cash inflows and outflows from bars and gaming room

- General administration tasks including sorting mail, replying to clients and answering phone calls- Using computing and excel skills to conjure and organise data- Ensuring office and communal space were tidy and clean- Organising, scanning and filing documents to be accessed by accountants

Venue Manager for SEA Australia, with aim to organise the set up of surf education program at the beach, managing safety considerations of the venue, recruiting new employees, managing rosters and organising time and running of the program. - Involved in reaching out to various networks to recruit staff- communicating with staff and organising rosters to be fair and equal- prepping the venue for the program, setting up boards and rash vests, communicating with lifeguards for finding the safest place to run the program, ensure the school has an understanding of the facilities and safety precautions. - manager on the beach, making sure all staff understand what roles they have and what stations they will be taking for the day. Organising time layout of the day and inputting food/water breaks for children.Communicating with teachers how the program runs and updating them with any changes.

Leading group activities for primary and younger high school students to better their skills and abilities at the beach. Teaching them how to stay safe and improving their confidence to swim safely in the ocean.
