    Since January 2023, I've been working as Coordinator at the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency; so far I had the honour to co-organize 3 economic missions: in Senegal as transport coordinator (May 2023); in Australia as Press Officer (October 2023); in Norway as Head Coordinator (June 2024) and I will have the pleasure to be Press officer again during the upcoming missions in Brazil (November 2024) and in India (March 2025). As Head Coordinator in Norway, I was responsible for the complete organization of the economic mission. I was working in close cooperation with the 3 regional agencies (AWEX, FIT and hub.brussels); the FPS Foreign Affairs, the Belgian Royal Palace, the Norvegian Royal Palace, the Protocol, the local Police and the Norwegian and Belgian Embassies. Each mission requires several months of preparation and includes several stays abroad (premission, advance and mission). My tasks include: onsite coordination; drafting the official programme and several reports; organizing all the Task Force meetings; compiling registrations; calls for tenders; negotiation and selection of providers; management of reservations; budget management; website and app management; coordination of transports (including the motorcade) and all activities where Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid is present.
