While studying at TMU, I also worked with their aquatics and recreation department as a lifeguard and swim instructor. Ensuring the safety of patrons was my top priority, however the lifeguard position also entails other responsibilities, such as ensuring pool chemical safety through regular testing, answering patron questions and concerns, and of course, the physical labour involved in setting up the pool for various activities. As an instructor, I worked with adults who were usually students at TMU, alumni from TMU or professors or other facaulty. While primarily teaching smaller classes (anywhere from 1 to 4 students), I offered a more personable experience and custom-tailored curriculum to my classes. Because of my extensive 7 year background of competitive swimming, I am very comfortable teaching pretty much any aquatic skill to my students and sharing my experience with others.

Spending my internship time with TI Group was a wonderful experience! I followed print jobs from start to finish, ensuring that each project is managed by the right individuals in a timely manner. Each job was delivered to the client at efficiently and to the highest standard quality as possible!
