I was the lead event producer for 15+ local events annually. I created project task & deliverable schedules and managed a team of two full-time employees and multiple event contractors to execute these events.I used my accounting knowledge to enhance the company's project budgeting and reconciliation processes. I worked with a local talent buyer to book impressive entertainment programming, such as DRAMA at Crosscurrents and the Pimps of Joytime at our Summer Sessions concert series. Additionally, I supported event operations at the new local venue The Banshee House. Greater Denver Area

This role provided an exciting opportunity to return to Denver and expand my network locally while working with many revered food & beverage brands, neighborhood organizations and other local innovators and creators. Although the pandemic presented many challenges for events, I was still able to find creative ways to provide much-needed experiences to the Denver community as the Production Lead for the Crush Walls Mural Festival, Stranahan's Cask Thief, and the Underground Music Showcase. I prepared project P&Ls and managed project finances, including tracking expenses and reconciling final budgets. I designed an extensive Covid-19 mitigation plans and gained approval from city officials in order to safely produce events according to city and state guidelines. I also worked closely with our clients to ensure their creative vision and financial goals were met.

In this role, I worked closely with Warner Brothers Entertainment as the Associate Producer for the inaugural, sold-out FRIENDS Pop-Up Experience in New York City, which ran for 60 days. The Pop-Up recreated the world of popular sitcom FRIENDS and delighted fans with interactivity, set piece recreations and photo opportunities. I ensured all marketing assets, creative elements, sponsorship implementations and merchandise met the FRIENDS brand guidelines, as well as managed project timeline, to guarantee the technical build, marketing campaign, and ticket sales process went smoothly. I also played an integral role in producing the Girlboss Rally event at UCLA, a professional conference for ambitious women to network, attend workshops and panels, and get inspired by keynote speakers. I helped execute 10+ activation areas, with different themes and creative fabrications.

San Francisco Bay Area

As the Associate Producer for the inaugural Grandoozy Music Festival in Denver, Colorado, I excelled in this first-time role while bringing a new Superfly festival concept to life in a city of music lovers. I helped manage the project from start to finish and ensured crucial deadlines were met, from permitting with local officials to the event announcement and ticket on-sale. Additionally, I managed project finances, including tracking expenses in the $20MM operating budget, working with accountants to solve discrepancies, conducting final settlement and reporting financial information to shareholders. Prior to the Grandoozy Festival, I helped create a new company-wide Project Management system that could be used consistently for all Superfly Experiences, including festivals and agency projects. This included implementing a new integrated business & project management software and training employees on its use. It was an incredible achievement to be able to work full-time on producing the Bonnaroo & Outside Lands music festivals in this role. On the Operations team, I was responsible for designing the site layout, placing infrastructure orders with vendors, assisting the site ops team with administrative duties, submitting vendor invoices for payment, and tracking/settling the event budget. I also acted as the Executive Assistant to the EVP, Operations & Festival Director by managing his calendar, scheduling calls, note-taking, travel booking and monthly credit card reconciliation.
