I designed an extensive Covid-19 mitigation plans and gained approval from city officials in order to safely produce events according to city and state guidelines. I also worked closely with our clients to ensure their creative vision and financial goals were met.
Sr. Project Manager, Creative Partnerships
In this role, I worked closely with Warner Brothers Entertainment as the Associate Producer for the inaugural, sold-out FRIENDS Pop-Up Experience in New York City, which ran for 60 days. The Pop-Up recreated the world of popular sitcom FRIENDS and delighted fans with interactivity, set piece recreations and photo opportunities. I ensured all marketing assets, creative elements, sponsorship implementations and merchandise met the FRIENDS brand guidelines, as well as managed project timeline, to guarantee the technical build, marketing campaign, and ticket sales process went smoothly. I also played an integral role in producing the Girlboss Rally event at UCLA, a professional conference for ambitious women to network, attend workshops and panels, and get inspired by keynote speakers. I helped execute 10+ activation areas, with different themes and creative fabrications.
Manager, Experiences & Associate Producer
As the Associate Producer for the inaugural Grandoozy Music Festival in Denver, Colorado, I excelled in this first-time role while bringing a new Superfly festival concept to life in a city of music lovers. I helped manage the project from start to finish and ensured crucial deadlines were met, from permitting with local officials to the event announcement and ticket on-sale. Additionally, I managed project finances, including tracking expenses in the $20MM operating budget, working with accountants to solve discrepancies, conducting final settlement and reporting financial information to shareholders. Prior to the Grandoozy Festival, I helped create a new company-wide Project Management system that could be used consistently for all Superfly Experiences, including festivals and agency projects. This included implementing a new integrated business & project management software and training employees on its use.
