I graduated with a 1st class degree in Business, Management from the University of Sheffield, where I developed my analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. I also have valuable experience as a student ambassador at Sheffield University Management School, where I mentored and coached students and promoted placement opportunities. I have excellent working knowledge in HR with experience varying in large, complex organisations to smaller, agile teams. As well as experience in generalist HR and specialising in Rewards and Benefits. I am passionate about learning, developing, and contributing to the success of the organisation and the well-being of the employees and customers by creating strong working relationships between stakeholders.
