I am a focused individual as well as a confident team leader. I’m very big on staff training, particularly when it comes to customer service and knowledge of beverages. My communication skills are second to none. I have exceptional spirit, beer & wine knowledge which I am passionate about sharing with others. I consider myself proficient & have ample experience with POS systems & Microsoft programs. I am trained in First Aid, have my RSA, RP Badge and have undergone the COVID Marshal training. I have worked at various venues where I have adapted my style of service and understanding of the hospitality industry.
