As an Account Manager, Sophie leads value-creating client service, developing productive, trusted relationships by consistently striving to solve our client’s digital problems and cultivate new business opportunities. Sophie leads the strategic planning of digital business solutions to ensure your digital marketing campaigns are in line with client business objectives from conception to launch.Key responsibilities:● Planning strategic framework for digital marketing campaigns. This includes working with clients and the internal team to define business goals and develop a digital marketing strategy to meet objectives● Collaborating with internal strategists to build campaigns in line with strategic framework and steering producers, creative, advertisers and community managers to meet team and client-campaign objectives ● Creating strategy decks to present to clients● Lead new social business proposals and responses, utilising relevant team membersand in consultation with Account Director to respond successfully against briefs.● Extrapolate insights and recommendations from analytics and account metrics for success

● Production and deployment of social media calendars, including content planning and copywriting● Community management for 30+ clients across the luxury, hospitality, health, fashion and lifestyle sectors ● Assisting the Account Manager and collaborating with strategists in developing strategic framework for digital marketing campaigns ● Coordinating dashboards, project management programs, reporting software and digital andsocial platforms
