• To utilise expertise to provide a professional property management service to an allocated portfolio of clients• To build and maintain sound relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues• Provide general client care services via phone, email, letter and face to face liaison as is necessary• Organise maintenance, routine repairs and the required safety reports in keeping with legislation within a timely manor• Manage tenancy breaches with both tenants and landlords, ensuring formal action is taken where appropriate• Carry out referencing of prospective tenants and accurately communicate new tenancy terns and produce compliant tenancy paperwork• To host and conduct meetings with clients as required• Support other team members with training and advice• General office roles e.g. filling, archiving and photocopying
