At Westland Workgear we provide high quality work wear, uniforms and safety gear for a widerange of New Zealand businesses including construction, corporate and everything in between.My role is a busy one and revolves around keeping our customers satisfied. Specifically, my dayinvolves:• Managing the embroidery or screen printing process to make sure customer logos arereproduced accurately and to a high level of quality.• Working with clients to create embroidery & printing designs• Developing brand frameworks for client logos so that they are accurately reproduced.• Managing client orders .• General administrative duties.My main focus is delivering what our customers expect!

Prior to my current role I learned my trade as an assistant. This involved operating our embroiderymachines as well as general production work. I also worked with marketing to help produce ourcatalogues.
