Main duties include:- Regional and Project lead of project management to Mahle Product Development Process- Report budget release and consumption- Monitor data quality and milestones in anticipation of reviews and significant events- Maintain up to date list of Quality Gates status and open issues- Invite, lead and document project meetings- Escalate roadblocks - Ensure fulfillment of databank requirement- Review work instructions and procedures.

My role as a Project Coordinator involves supporting Project Managers on various Drillship and Oil Rig projects in the Offshore and Marine industry, in countries such as, South Korea, Brazil, Canada and Japan. I have several projects to manage throughout my role, completing different tasks on a daily basis such as; placing orders with suppliers, document control, minute taking, invoicing, shipping, preparing data for project reviews ensuring budgets and trading are on track.I have a consistent engagement with customers and suppliers across the world, being the point of contact for any queries throughout the project stages.

Working as an Administrator for the Estates and Health and Safety department included creating reports for accident statistics, filing and processing invoices, creating signage and supplying first aid across six centres, minute taking for meetings and support a colleague on the process of statutory inspections. Workplace Inspection organisations such as; arranging appointments, follow up meetings and preparing paperwork.I managed the Estates help desk across all six centres, logging maintenance and facility jobs ensuring they got completed. I dealt with both internal and external customers answering queries regarding transport, Health and Safety and general issues.
