As Laboratory Governance Lead, I was responsible for:• Leading the "Governance" team (the five Region Laboratory Audit Program Leads of Mars Petcare)• Managing Laboratory Governance Program at Petcare segment level and the dedicated team • Participating to Laboratory Governance road map, its implementation in accordance to objectives• Leading the quality system at the Petcare Central Laboratory, laboratory in charge of developing methods for Petcare segment in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Mars QMP Standard• Designing and implementing the Quality Laboratory Standard within the Mars Petcare laboratory network• Developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators of the Laboratory network worldwide in alignment with stra-tegic and business objectives• Ensuring continuous improvement of the quality governance processes • Coaching and developing the laboratory auditor community (70 auditors worldwide) • Supporting Mars Petcare laboratories in the implementation of their quality system and in their accreditation processes

As Quality/ Metrology manager, I was in charge of:• Managing the Quality & Metrology team (3 collaborators)• Driving implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System • Ensuring the metrology function• Managing a team in charge of Quality and Process management• Leading the development and standardization of the laboratories of the group's subsidiaries (Brazil, China, Viet-Nam): recruitment of staff, deployment of the quality system, alignment of methods, support in the accreditation process.
